Quality Policy should be displayed at all prominent places in organization and people should be aware as well as understand and practise it.It shows how organizations give importance to QUALITY
I agree to you but the fact is that the companies do talk about quality & dedication towards it but they are not intersted in spending money to run verious programmes/events & even manpower to enhance quality awareness, Quality becomes second priority!
